Origin’s has been working with the Randolph Macon Biology department to develop some wild yeast strains collected at Agriberry CSA and Farm last fall.  Not only did the biology department isolate yeast strains, they got in on the brewing action and brewed their own beers!

We brewed a batch of wort and shared it with the students, who all added their own flare and finished the beers in wort share style session last month.

Join us on Friday, December 8th to taste 6 student made variations!  Students will be on hand to answer questions and talk about their beers. Samples and full pours will be available but due to limited quantity, no growler fills.
